The Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of customer orders from booking through final installation, ensuring a seamless, accurate, and high-quality customer experience. This role serves as a central point of coordination across Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and third-party installation partners to align schedules, track key milestones, and proactively address risks that may impact delivery or installation timelines. The Implementation Specialist monitors order progress, verifies shipment and site readiness, and ensures installations are completed as scheduled, resolving issues such as delays, damages, or shortages with urgency and accountability. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of execution. Success in this role is defined by consistent on-time installations, accurate order management, and a customer-focused approach that supports operational efficiency and overall business performance.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate installations with customers and third-party installation providers
- Manage order lifecycle from booking through installation completion
- Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems (e.g., Quick Base, ERP)
- Partner with Manufacturing to ensure on-time shipment of products
- Verify delivery timelines and confirm product arrival prior to installation
- Confirm installation completion and resolve post-installation issues
- Troubleshoot delays, shortages, or damages and drive resolution
- Communicate proactively with Sales, customers, and internal teams
- Provide customer support, including product or system training as needed
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the department
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required; AA or technical degree preferred
- 5 years of customer service, operations, logistics, or coordination experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or installation coordination is a plus
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or database systems (e.g., Quick Base, M2M) preferred
- Ability to learn proprietary systems and tools
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This role is based onsite in Fontana, CA in a standard office environment with occasional exposure to warehouse or manufacturing areas.
COMPENSATION
- The expected pay range for this position is $26.
