Foster City, CA Key Responsibilities :
DOJ EO 14117
Program Support Support DOJ Executive Order (EO) 14117-related activities and compliance initiatives. Coordinate system assessments and related tracking activities. Act as a liaison between Systems, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams. Maintain program-level documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and audit-ready records. Track action items, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams. Portfolio Analyst & Intake Coordination Support portfolio intake and prioritization processes for incoming requests. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Systems, Testing, PM, and Business stakeholders. Maintain centralized tracking of requests, ownership, dependencies, timelines, and delivery progress. Ensure end-to-end visibility across the request lifecycle. Assist with prioritization reviews, status tracking, and governance activities. Identify process gaps and help improve coordination and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in business coordination, PMO support, portfolio coordination, or analyst roles. 8 years of Experience working with cross-functional teams in compliance-driven or regulated environments.

C7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Jira, ADO, or other tracking/project management tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment. Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Secondary Skills:
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models. Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Smartsheet, SharePoint, or Confluence. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries. Knowledge of SDLC processes, testing coordination, and release management activities. Experience supporting PMO, portfolio governance, or operational support functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
