This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving project success through meticulous planning and execution. Duties Communicate with customers and internal teams to define and finalize the delivery plan. Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments to ensure thorough project delivery preparation. Monitor key milestones, identify potential project risks, and promptly adjust delivery strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Participate in developing or optimizing project management processes, tools, and standard documentation; lead local delivery team capability building to ensure high-quality project execution. Requirements Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, sales, technical teams, and other stakeholders. Highly responsible, resilient under pressure, and results-oriented. Experience in managing key accounts or leading projects. Native proficiency in the local language; fluent in English with no communication barriers; fluency in Mandarin is a preferred.
