The Role:

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of multiple commercial glazing projects from contract award through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position will oversee all aspects of project execution, including submittals, procurement, scheduling, fabrication coordination, installation support, change orders, and closeout documentation. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing complex commercial glazing projects, a strong technical understanding of glazing systems and hardware, and the ability to effectively coordinate communication between customers, vendors, general contractors, and internal teams. Success in this role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment.

BLK Pay:

$140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
