This is a collaborative role working across preconstruction, field operations, and project management to keep projects on track from bid through closeout. A good fit for someone with hands-on CPM scheduling experience who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once and wants to grow within a stable, well-respected company. Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain schedules for bid, preconstruction, and active construction phases
  • Keep schedules current — incorporating updates, delays, and scope changes as they happen
  • Produce schedule reports and updates for project teams and leadership on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with field ops, project management, and estimating to ensure schedules reflect real conditions
  • Maintain organized schedule archives and planning documentation throughout each project
  • Help project teams get more out of scheduling tools — P6 support, training, and best practices Requirements
  • 5+ years of construction scheduling experience with a solid grasp of CPM methodology
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 - comfortable building and managing schedules independently
  • Familiarity with construction processes (RFIs, submittals, procurement)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Clear communicator, able to translate schedule info for both field and office audiences
