The Content Security (CS) team is a part of the Studio Technology & Operations organization inside The client supporting studio banners in protecting content creation through effective problem-solving, authentic partnerships, and technical Our team drives towards expertise.

a. fostering a culture of content security b. eliminating the risk of content leaks and c. tailoring security solutions to meet our partners' needs. We are looking for a Project Manager to help align the strategy and vision for the Content Security team. A successful candidate is someone who can step into and navigate a complex and fast-paced environment of hardworking, friendly, and passionate people. You are someone who is bright, detail-oriented, a problem solver, and confident; someone who will continue to drive the organization and initiatives critical to the success of Content Security.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with various functions in the organization including Business Advisory, Production Engineering, and Application & Cloud teams to help deliver Content Security services
  • Drive cross-functional technical assessments and projects, and ensure work is delivered in an organized and timely fashion with quality results and reporting to leadership and external stakeholders
  • Work with the Sr Manager of Strategy to build a program including consistency of deliverables, anticipated project work, communications, and process for executing security assessments
  • Create executive level dashboarding for reporting and metrics to be able to track key strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Define project management requirements across varying levels of complexity, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and metrics
  • Train managers and individual contributors on Content Security's requirements and ensure all functions are providing impactful metrics for review of the VP of Content Security and CTO of The Client
  • Drive consensus around proposed approach to solutions designed to eliminate project roadblocks
  • Develop repeatable processes from a quantitative and qualitative perspective to deliver the story of Content Security and the work that is being performed
  • Understand needs of the full department and perform research on tools that can enhance the Content Security experience including AI and ML
  • Coordinate an annual Content Security Summit including logistics; responsible for ensuring a positive and impactful experience for attendees
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to shift from project to project without missing a step
  • Demonstrated curiosity and proactivity in learning emerging AI technologies, with preferred hands-on experience using AI assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to improve productivity, analysis or project execution
  • Project management of complex initiatives, specifically application and site assessments
  • Tech-savvy and well-versed in Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Keynote.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work and build relationships with client employees at all levels
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or IT
