Their Southern California division delivers approximately $1.2B in annual revenue and specializes in multifamily, senior living, higher education, aviation, and commercial construction. With an impressive backlog and repeat client base, they continue to expand throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Job Description As a Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors, you'll manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project teams while ensuring successful project delivery. Current projects range from $60M-$240M and are located throughout the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.
