Job Description As a Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors, you'll manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project teams while ensuring successful project delivery. Current projects range from $60M-$240M and are located throughout the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.
