Key responsibilities include:

Managing all phases of construction project(s) from startup through closeout Leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client communications Overseeing budgets, forecasting, change order management, and contract administration Driving project schedules and identifying opportunities for cost and schedule improvements Prepare and update master schedule Manage procurement and subcontractor performance Identify and mitigate risk Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships Support and mentor Interns, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers Promoting and enforcing Millie and Severson's safety culture What We're Looking For 6-10 years of ground-up construction experience with a general contractor Tilt-up groundup construction and/or healthcare experience strongly preferred Demonstrated progression through a Project Engineer and/or Assistant Project Manager career path Strong tenure with previous employers Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to travel to project sites throughout Southern California and our headquarters in Los Alamitos Compensation & Benefits Millie and Severson offers a competitive compensation package including ESOP participation, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), Long Term Disability, paid time off, bonus opportunities, and ongoing professional development.
