Job Description

We are seeking a client-focused Project Manager to join our Aviation PMCM team supporting airport facilities and capital improvement projects. Based onsite with the client, you will work closely with airport stakeholders, designers, contractors, and project teams to manage projects from planning through construction and closeout. You will be responsible for scope, schedule, budget, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and overall project delivery while ensuring alignment with program objectives. As the Owner's Representative, you'll provide project oversight, support procurement and contract administration activities, monitor project performance, and help resolve complex project challenges. Your ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple priorities will be key to successful project outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field 8+ Years of experience managing aviation, airport, or large capital infrastructure projects Knowledge of project planning, design, construction, contract administration, and project controls Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience supporting airport capital improvement programs (CIP) PMCM or Owner's Representative experience Professional certification such as PMP, CCM, PE, or DBIA preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint West
