Key Responsibilities Manage large-scale, high-visibility projects and strategic initiatives. Develop project plans, business cases, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics. Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder discussions to achieve project goals. Oversee project execution, reporting, communication, and change management activities. Maintain integrated project roadmaps and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or large-scale initiatives. Proven success leading cross-functional teams and complex enterprise projects. Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience driving change management, business readiness, communications, and training initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). Project Management certification preferred.
