Job Description
Senior Project Manager - Safety Transformation Overview Lead enterprise-wide safety transformation initiatives with significant organizational impact. Drive strategic programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with safety objectives, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage large-scale, high-visibility projects and strategic initiatives. Develop project plans, business cases, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics. Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder discussions to achieve project goals. Oversee project execution, reporting, communication, and change management activities. Maintain integrated project roadmaps and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or large-scale initiatives. Proven success leading cross-functional teams and complex enterprise projects. Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience driving change management, business readiness, communications, and training initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). Project Management certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline. Experience supporting safety culture, organizational transformation, or change management programs.
