Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily project management activities and project coordination on one or multiple projects Visit jobsites mutiple times a week Managing RFI communication, log tracking, cost & time impacts, if any Support subcontractor compliance, contract administration, and change order management Working with project teams to identify and implement cost and schedule improvements Help purchase all phases of work with qualified vendors within the project budget; coordinate and review with the PM and Superintendent Assist in forecasting effectively in project cost reports Review and assist in pay applications and vendor invoices Docoument timely, potential issues affecting the budget and schedule Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Participating in and enforcing company safety programs What We're Looking For 3-5 years of construction industry experience with a general contractor Experience with Tilt-up groundup construction and/or healthcare preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience managing project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative attitude and desire to learn and grow Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to travel to project sites throughout Southern California and our headquarters in Los Alamitos Compensation & Benefits Millie and Severson offers a competitive compensation package including ESOP participation, medical, dental, vision, LTD, life insurance 401(k), paid time off, bonus opportunities, and ongoing professional development.
