We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager (PM) to join our growing team. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial construction project management. Working as Project Managers, you will coordinate projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Project Managers with execute the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial painting projects. Responsible for completing take-offs and reviewing/approving bids Manage multiple high-rise and large-scale commercial projects simultaneously. Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, general contractors, and clients. Track project schedules, budgets, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation. Assist with procurement of materials and equipment. Monitor project costs and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations are met throughout each project. Help prepare project closeout documents and final documentation. What We're Looking For Experience in commercial construction, with commercial painting experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software is a plus.
