This role will lead new product and commercialization projects from development through manufacturing launch, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple NPD and commercialization projects from concept through production Coordinate with R D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers Manage packaging, components, tooling, samples, testing, and production readiness Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets Coordinate with U.S. and international manufacturing partners Support supplier sourcing, quotations, cost analysis, and issue resolution Drive pilot runs, validation, and transition to mass production
Ideal Background:
3-8+ years of experience in NPD, product development, commercialization, or project management Experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, CPG, packaging, or contract manufacturing Strong understanding of product development, packaging, suppliers, and manufacturing Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturing teams is a plus
