Job Summary Global Power Group, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Electrical Department Administrator to support our growing operations team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate project documentation, supporting field and office coordination, and ensuring daily operational workflows run efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Timekeeping & Reporting Collect and review Daily Reports from field crews Process and verify timecards using GPS and reporting systems Cross-check labor hours for accuracy and completeness Submit finalized reports to Project Coordination for processing Project Documentation & Data Management Maintain organized project files (drawings, RFIs, submittals, etc.) Perform data entry for logs, tracking sheets, and internal systems Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date Upload and manage files in Procore and company systems Meetings & Communication Attend team meetings and take detailed notes Distribute meeting minutes, recordings, and attendance logs Coordinate communication between field staff, PMs, vendors, and clients Follow up on missing information and clarify unclear details Scheduling & Coordination Assist with team calendars and scheduling Support project coordination and administrative tracking Help ensure field and office teams stay aligned Office & Field Support Maintain a clean, organized, and "meeting-ready" office/trailer Manage office, safety, and jobsite supply inventory Provide general administrative support to field and office teams Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear and effective verbal and written communication High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow through and verify information (not just assume or agree) Comfortable asking questions when something is unclear Ability to work independently and manage priorities Preferred Experience Construction or electrical industry experience (strongly preferred) Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook What We're Looking For Someone who can keep up in conversation and operations Strong communication skills — able to understand, respond, and clarify in real time Detail-oriented — catches errors before they become problems Proactive — follows up instead of waiting for direction Reliable — consistent performance day-to-day Why Join Global Power Group?
