This role is the primary liaison between sales, finance, design, procurement, production, order fulfillment, and order deployment teams to design, research, make, manage, and process customer orders with the utmost focus on customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Key Accountabilities:
Collaborate with sales, design, manufacturing, and logistics department teams to plan, oversee, and manage customer projects from intake to delivery including but not limited to scheduling and materials oversight and accessibility. Collaborate with design, pricing, sales, and production teams on new product design requests to manage product design details and ensure Company meets or exceeds customer needs and product specifications. Represent the Company to effectively resolve customer inquiries, requests, and/or complaints in a timely manner including use of "Solve by Sundown" guidelines. Promote sales and build strong professional relationships with customers by accurately managing orders from start to finish ensuring accurate, on-time, and in-full production and delivery of packaging products and services. Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and technologies. Self-directed learner and multi-tasker, actively involved in own development through stretch assignments and professional development goals. Partner with and advise design and manufacturing teams regarding customer needs to find creative solutions to improve product performance, quality, and/or cost-effectiveness. Key liaison with the customer to ensure customer information and order updates are communicated in our Sales Force customer management and order filling systems to ensure all internal team members have the most accurate and current information and customer order data. Customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent sound judgment, solid decision making, and effective interpersonal communication and listening skills regarding general business operations and create and negotiate "win-win" solutions involving any customer issues that may arise. Under general supervision, analyze customer order history and/or customer inventory to proactively oversee customer communication, collaboration, and negotiation with customer representatives on order issue resolutions. What You'll Need 5+ years' experience leading and managing customer orders within a CRM; Sales Force experience preferred. 3+ years working with a manufacturing company; paper packaging industry experience a plus
