Our headquarters is located in Cupertino, CA, with additional offices in Southern California and Arizona. About the Role This position is employed by AL Homes Inc. , a brand of AlphaX RE Capital. The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Project Management and Development teams throughout the lifecycle of real estate development projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project documentation, schedules, meetings, communication, and reporting activities to ensure projects progress efficiently and effectively. The Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Development Managers, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and internal departments to maintain accurate project information, support project execution, and facilitate timely decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate development environment. Responsibilities Project Administration & Coordination Provide day-to-day project coordination support to Project Managers and Development teams. Assist with tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items. Maintain project trackers, status reports, and internal dashboards. Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external partners. Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion. Document Management Maintain organized project files, including: Contracts Consultant agreements Permits Drawings Specifications Meeting notes Approvals Reports Manage document control processes and ensure records are current and accessible. Support project closeout documentation and turnover processes. Meeting & Communication Coordination Schedule project meetings with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government agencies. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and project updates. Record meeting minutes and distribute action items. Track decisions, approvals, and follow-up requirements. Support communication between project stakeholders. Project Schedule & Milestone Tracking Assist Project Managers with maintaining project schedules and milestone trackers. Monitor key project phases, including: Entitlement approvals Design milestones Permit submissions Construction activities Inspections Project closeout Identify potential schedule delays and escalate issues when necessary. Consultant & Vendor Coordination Support communication with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Assist with consultant onboarding, contracts, invoices, and deliverable tracking. Monitor consultant submissions and approval timelines. Maintain vendor contact lists and project communication records. Construction Support Provide administrative support during construction phases. Track construction reports, RFIs, submittals, and change documentation. Coordinate site meeting schedules and project updates. Assist with maintaining project quality and progress records. Support project closeout and warranty documentation. Budget & Invoice Support Assist with tracking project budgets, invoices, and expenditures. Review consultant invoices for completeness and approval routing. Maintain payment tracking logs. Support Project Managers with monthly reporting activities.

Development Team Project Management Team Construction Team Land Acquisition Finance & Accounting Legal Design Team Purchasing Sales & Marketing Customer Care to support successful project execution. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, real estate development, or related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Preferred Experience working for a real estate developer, homebuilder, construction company, or architecture/engineering firm. Knowledge of residential construction and development processes. Experience supporting entitlement, permitting, or construction projects. Familiarity with California real estate development projects. The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $105,000 per year. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
