Project Manager - Restoration ServicesCompany Overview We are a leading restoration company specializing in water damage, fire restoration, and mold remediation . As we continue to grow, we're searching for reliable and dedicated professionals to join our family. At our core, we don't just restore homes—we restore peace of mind. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a background in construction or restoration, is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong project coordination abilities, and a solid understanding of restoration processes. Proficiency with industry tools such as Xcelerate, Xactimate, Docusketch, and Monday.com is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial inspection through final completion Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software Prepare, review, and manage construction estimates with estimating software and 360° camera documentation Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations Document project scope, progress, and changes accurately and thoroughly Implement effective time-management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success Drive company vehicle to job sites, client meetings, and inspections as needed Requirements Proven experience in restoration, construction, or construction project management Proficiency in construction management practices , including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and use of 360° cameras for documentation Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Understanding of contracts, insurance claim processes, and relevant regulations Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while remaining self-motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients, contractors, and internal staff Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, estimates, and technical documents Legal authorization to work in the USA Previous field experience on construction or restoration sites is highly desirable Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
