Position Overview Join our team as a Data Management Technician and be the vital link in ensuring the seamless coordination of project data for our municipal and utility contracts. In this role, you'll support our Project Managers and field personnel by managing the flow of project information from start to finish. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance across various data platforms, making a direct impact on project success. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize workflows in software like Jobber and ESRI/ArcGIS. Coordinate data migration and document management in SharePoint. Reconcile and maintain accurate project data across multiple platforms. Support job planning and contractor mobilization with organized information. Assist with tracking and completing various project stages from assessments to closeouts. Review and track vendor invoices, ensuring alignment with authorized work. Prepare comprehensive project reports and dashboards for clients. Communicate data-quality issues and workflow bottlenecks to Project Managers. Ensure standardized naming conventions and document-control procedures. Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation. Qualifications High School diploma or GED; Associate's degree or relevant experience preferred. At least one year of experience in data management or similar fields. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies. Strong organizational skills for managing electronic records. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience with Jobber, ESRI ArcGIS, or similar software is a plus. California Drivers License and clean driving history. Preferred Skills Experience in project-based contracts in municipal, utility, or construction fields. Knowledge of vendor invoices and accounts-payable processes. Experience creating Excel-based trackers and reports. Why Join Us?
