We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support construction-related initiatives in Mill Valley, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep documentation organized, coordinate project activities, and help maintain steady progress across multiple workstreams. The role requires strong follow-through, clear communication, and the ability to manage information accurately in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day project activities to help construction work stay on schedule and aligned with team priorities. Maintain organized project records, including reviewing, tracking, and coding documents with a high degree of accuracy. Use Relativity and related systems to support document management, retrieval, and status reporting for active projects. Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to gather updates and ensure timely communication across the project lifecycle. Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding action items, escalating risks or delays when needed. Prepare project-related reports, logs, and summaries to provide visibility into progress, documentation, and next steps. Experience supporting project coordination activities, preferably within construction or related project-based environments. Working knowledge of Relativity and document coding processes for organized and compliant record management. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams. Proficiency in tracking project documentation, schedules, and status updates in a structured manner. High attention to detail and a dependable approach to follow-through and task completion.
