Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Manage large scale projects with high-end clientele through all phases: concept through installation Liaise with Principal, clients, contractors, vendors and employees. Coordinate/collaborate with outside Architect as needed Work with Creative Director to implement design. Create and maintain project budgets and schedules, maintain project binders. Serve as Client liaison for sending proposals and tracking proposal approval and payment. Source furnishings, including furniture, fabrics, flooring, paint and stain finishes, accessories and lighting. Request quotes and write proposals. Oversee and expedite custom furnishings orders. Approve CFAs. Mange returns and/or replacements for damaged or unused items. Oversee construction, including preparing contractor documents and punch lists. Coordinate and attend client meetings and prepare project-meeting notes for distribution. Work with Expeditor to set ordering priorities, place and track orders, and prepare project status and financial reports. Create and update furniture plans. Assist in developing presentations. Oversee junior staff/interns assigned to project. Work with Controller on all financial administration of project
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in high-end residential design Degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture from an accredited program Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe, Microsoft Office and Studio Webware required Extensive knowledge of design principals, working knowledge of construction methods Excellent communication skills and must be a team player Highly detailed oriented, superior analytical and problem solving skills This is a fast pace office so candidate must be highly organized and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Discretion is a must
