Full-time SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, the Project Coordinator is responsible for document and finishes management across the Project Management team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(this is a sample list; other duties may be added): Submit samples to the customer and track approval process Maintain the updated set of architectural drawings Assist PM/APM team with submittals document management Track and maintain finish logs for all projects Facilitate clear communication between PM's and takeoff team to endure accuracy of Finishes Consistent communication with both PM and
APM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Previous experience with a construction company is desired Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Computer learning agility; must be able to learn new programs quickly Proactive and clear communication skills Ability to quickly establish good working relationships
