6 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension) Candidates ideally in Mountain View. Onsite 3 days a week. Remote but based in California also considered.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end program delivery across a defined portfolio (e.g., Payments, Bill Pay, Lending, Workforce Solutions), coordinating engineering, product, and design partners Drive planning cadences and attain commitments with confidence, risks, and trajectory against committed goals Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies before they become blockers Build and maintain program health reporting (RAID logs, dashboards, status updates) for leadership visibility Facilitate technical and cross-functional discussions to unblock decisions and drive alignment
Skills:
Ability to work independently with abiguity and come up to speed quickly Strong technical fluency mdash able to engage engineering on architecture and tradeoffs without being the implementer Rigorous execution: structured planning risk management and follow-through under ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication comfortable presenting to senior leadership Track record of scaling process or re-usable frameworks Experience with tools like Jira Dragonboat Slack and Betterworks or equivalent PPM/collaboration stacks Fintech knowledge is a plus
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience 6 years in technical program/project management
