Southern California Salary Range:

$60,000

•110,000 annually Pacific Hydrotech Corporation (PHC) is seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to join our water and wastewater construction team. This is an opportunity to build a career in construction Project Management while working directly with Project Managers, field leadership, subcontractors, engineers, and equipment manufacturers on challenging public infrastructure projects. This is not a purely administrative position. We are looking for someone who wants to understand how projects are built, take ownership of increasing responsibilities, and develop toward Project Management. What You'll Do Manage and track RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and procurement Review drawings and specifications and help identify coordination and constructability issues Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, equipment manufacturers, and field personnel Assist with change orders, cost tracking, schedules, and project controls Support projects through construction, startup, commissioning, and closeout Progressively take ownership of larger project scopes and responsibilities What We're Looking For 0-5 years of construction, engineering, or project management experience Organized, proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Interested in understanding both the field and management sides of construction Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree preferred Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, drawings/specifications, RFIs, and submittals is a plus Previous water and wastewater experience is not required. We value initiative, organization, construction aptitude, and a strong desire to learn.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$60,000

•110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
