This General Contractor is dedicated to building state-of-the-art facilities for the people of California, including hospitals, schools, libraries, police stations, and office buildings. They are currently seeking Project Managers to help deliver multiple K-14 projects due to an increased workload.

Responsibilities:

Due to increased workload, the company is recruiting Project Managers for K-14 projects. Manage all aspects of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Preconstruction phase activities:

constructability reviews, value engineering estimating, budget control, prime contract negotiation, and preconstruction schedule management.

Construction phase activities:

overall leadership, staff management, client management, project setup, risk management, document management, subcontractor buyout, schedule management, QA/QC management, change management, submittal and RFI management, financial reporting, and project closeout.
