Team Coordinator:
As Team Coordinator, you will be a key member of a dynamic project team, providing critical support to the planning and management of projects. Team Coordinators are embedded within project teams and play an important role in project success. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and Operations leaders while gaining exposure to some of the Bay Area's most complex and impactful construction projects. You will report to a Team Leader and Project Manager and collaborate with the Lead Team Coordinator to develop and maintain workflow processes and best practices. You may be assigned to either the main office and/or a project field office depending on the project needs. You may work on multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction administration for a general contractor or related field. Proficient in office software applications, particularly Microsoft Office, and project management software - Viewpoint and Procore is a big plus. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Self-starter with a can-do attitude. Detail oriented and well organized. Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of experience supporting construction projects for a general contractor, subcontractor, owner, or design firm. Experience supporting project teams in commercial, education, healthcare, life sciences, industrial, or public works construction preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 per year. This does not include bonus compensation or other benefits such as health, disability, life, retirement, or other benefits which may impact total compensation. The actual offered salary to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to skill set, experience, education, qualifications, and location. This salary range is subject to future modification.
