Bradley Electric (WBE) | $160,000-$180,000 | Exempt Travel / Project-Site Visits Required Build Big. Own the Outcome. WBE is looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows electrical construction, understands the numbers, and knows how to lead alongside union field teams on major utility-scale renewable projects. This isn't a "manage the spreadsheet" PM role. You'll own project performance, financials, schedule, contracts, change orders, client relationships, field execution, and your team. Why WBE? W. WBE delivers sophisticated electrical infrastructure across commercial, industrial and mission-critical environments, while its Renewables team works across utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, microgrids and other renewable-energy infrastructure. What You'll Own Lead a significant portfolio of utility-scale renewable construction projects Own project financials, forecasting, billing, budgets and margin Drive contracts, subcontracts, procurement and change-order strategy Stay ahead of schedule, labor, cost and project risk Partner closely with Foremen, preconstruction and Virtual Construction Lead client, A/E, subcontractor and vendor relationships Develop Project Engineers, APMs, PMs and support staff Drive projects through clean, complete closeout Travel and relocate to longer-term project sites as required What You Bring 7+ years of electrical project management experience OR 5+ years of utility-scale renewables experience , plus strong experience with project accounting, plans/specs and change-order estimating. You'll also need deep electrical-industry knowledge, strong technology skills, and experience with Procore or similar PM software and Accubid Change Order or comparable estimating software. An electrical apprenticeship background or significant electrical-industry experience is highly valued; a degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is a plus. Union electrical construction experience strongly preferred. We're especially interested in leaders who have worked in an IBEW/signatory contractor environment and understand how to successfully partner with union field leadership and skilled trades on complex electrical construction projects. Compensation $160,000-$180,000 annually , based on job-related experience, skills and qualifications.
