Oversee project timelines and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on deadlines and deliverables. Assist in developing and implementing project plans, processes, and strategies. Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify potential project risks and proactively assist in resolving issues. Support cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving efforts. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational objectives. Qualifications Experience as a Creative Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Program Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Operations Coordinator , or similar role. Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with project management software and collaboration tools. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Experience supporting creative, marketing, branding, product development, or cross-functional business teams is highly preferred.
