We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator - Construction for our office located in Orange, California. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): ­ Sort and manage estimating emails, Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and bid-related correspondence ­ Maintain and organize bid logs, and internal estimating/proposal folders ­ Prepare, complete, and compile bid documents, bid forms, and supporting proposal documentation ­ Coordinate and schedule estimator peer reviews prior to bid submission deadlines ­ Run and coordinate Monday sales meetings ­ Schedule and coordinate client lunches, networking meetings, and internal estimating events ­ Prepare and submit contractor prequalification packages and RFQs (Requests for Qualifications) ­ Answer client calls regarding estimates, bid status, and proposal-related inquiries ­ Serve as a liaison between estimators & clients ­ Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum one (1) year of construction industry experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with estimators, project managers, clients, and subcontractors Professional demeanor with strong customer service and client communication abilities We are an equal opportunity employer.
