Fineline Architectural Millwork is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! Position Summary We are seeking a detail-driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end millwork and cabinetry projects from inception through installation. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of architectural woodwork and finish carpentry. The job will be primarily based in the OC area. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple high-end residential millwork projects simultaneously Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, designers, and internal teams Oversee all project phases: estimating, scheduling, procurement, production, delivery, and installation Review architectural drawings and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility Coordinate with in-house drafting, production, and installation teams to maintain project timelines and budgets Conduct site visits and manage subcontractors to ensure quality standards are upheld Track project progress and proactively address issues to mitigate delays or budget overruns What We're Looking For Strong communication and negotiation skills 5+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or finish carpentry Strong knowledge of woodworking materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and leadership abilitiesWhy Join Fineline?
