Description Summary:
Job description CED in Orange, CA is seeking a Project Management Trainee. Ideal candidate holds a BA or BS degree and likes people. We are in the electrical distribution industry, and although previous electrical experience in not necessary, experience while in college working in restaurants, retail or other customer-centric industry is a plus. In this position, you will train in quotations and project management. Performing functions in admin and data entry, as well as working with current project manager and sales team will be a daily requirement. Training in the job will be on the job, day to day in the office. This position is Monday-Friday, in-person. The position is 40 hours a week. We are not looking for a part-time student, or remote work in this case. We will consider a Dec graduate and a 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduate.

PCM Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to solve complex problems

Working Conditions:
Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office, and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments may include some travel; both by car and by air.

Veteran Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $24 to $24 hourly.
