Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Account Project Coordinator for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This on-site role is ideal for a highly organized customer support, account management, or project coordination professional who enjoys building client relationships, managing project details, and keeping communication flowing between customers and internal teams. As an Account Project Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for existing customer accounts, helping ensure projects move forward accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service. This is not a sales position. It is a relationship-focused coordination role where your ability to communicate clearly, manage details, solve problems, and follow through will make a direct impact on customer satisfaction.   • Serve as the primary contact for existing customer accounts throughout the life of each project.
  • Prepare pricing quotes, coordinate project details, and communicate updates with customers and internal departments.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, samples, mock-ups, project logistics, and general inquiries.
  • Track multiple customer projects, monitor deadlines, and maintain accurate updates in the CRM system.
  • Partner with outside account representatives, customer service teams, and cross-functional departments to support seamless project execution.
  • Follow up on active opportunities, resolve customer issues professionally, and provide timely, service-focused communication. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
  • Opportunity for pay increase upon permanent hire based on performance.
