Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven individual to support our high-profile branded projects from concept through execution. This role requires a blend of creative strategy, precise project management, and direct sales support, focusing on the delivery of custom client environments, exhibitions, or promotional installations. The ideal candidate has experience translating brand strategy into physical, high-impact deliverables.
Core Responsibilities & Daily Execution Creative Project Management:
Manage the full project lifecycle for client installations, branded environments, or custom products, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
Inside Sales & Client Coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to support initiatives, including CRM coordination , tracking project budgets, and providing necessary administrative support to drive revenue growth.
Logistics & Procurement:
Directly handle vendor negotiation, procurement, and budget planning to maintain project margins and timelines. Oversee production scheduling, installation logistics, and quality control.
Consultation & Design Support:
Consult with clients to develop tailored solutions, translating their brand vision into a viable final product or experience.
Visual Execution:
Manage the physical execution of projects, which may include visual merchandising, event staging, or overseeing branded environment setup. Required Experience & Skills We are targeting professionals with a background in creative services, design, or production management:
Professional Background:
3+ years of experience in design consultation, production management, or experiential marketing
Sales & Systems Proficiency:
Demonstrated ability in Inside Sales Support and CRM Coordination , with a focus on administrative accuracy and revenue generation.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite ; familiarity with design software (like Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Logistical Expertise:
Proven competency in Budget Management & Cost Analysis , Vendor Negotiation & Procurement , and managing complex Installation Logistics .
Critical Thinking:
Strong ability to resolve issues, manage multiple timelines, and foster long-term client relationships. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the entertainment, retail display, or art sectors is highly valued. Experience with gallery, retail, or experiential space planning . #COR1
