$95,000-$115,000 Annual SUMMARY The purpose of this role and job function is to manage multiple key client projects of varying levels of complexity, and is responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget and scope. The Project Manager is a self-starter, able to work independently, to work under pressure, to work cross‐functionally within the organization to accomplish objectives and is results oriented. Is driven to completion on schedule, is profit‐minded and dedicated. Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and possesses outstanding interpersonal, organizational, time management, and follow up skills. Has exceptional and strong project management skills. Plans and designates project resources, assign responsibilities, sets deadlines, manages relevant employees, monitors and summarizes progress of project and keeps management, including company executives informed throughout the entire project from beginning through close and post analysis. The Project Manager is responsible to prepare budgets for select projects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a framework of the essential duties and responsibilities for this role. Basic duties are outlined here and are not limited to this outline. Duties and responsibilities may change according to business need and other duties may be assigned. Oversees the daily project(s) workflow to ensure timely delivery of a quality product in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Help plan and manage production shifts scheduling, including overtime as needed. Collaborate with management on production planning & schedules and priorities to meet production goals, and coordinating with the Supply Chain Planner. Is on the production shop floor to ensure resource allocation, including materials and labor, to optimize production. Is on the production shop floor to coordinate workflow between different production units and departments. Help troubleshoot and resolve production shop floor related issues and address any operational and/or workflow problems. Facilitates communication between production teams and management, including executives. Monitors performance of employees and collaborates with management to meet project expectations. Works with management to conduct performance assessment conversations and performance improvement. Establishes & monitors progress to meet Key Performance indicators (KPI's). Participates in the recruitment and selection of employees, as requested. Establishes, reviews and collaborates with management to revise, work process and procedures relative to all project department functions. Reference and comprehend the essential Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Other managerial responsibilities and/or duties may be assigned according to business need. Project Planning Determine and define project scope and objectives. Meet with cognizant team members as needed to clarify specific requirements of each project. Develop and manage comprehensive and detailed project plans including project schedule and work plans, and set targets for milestones. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop and maintain spreadsheets, diagrams and/or process maps as needed to document needs. Predict resources needed to reach objectives. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects. Project Management Monitor and track project progress, and adjust schedules and targets as needed. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for progress with the project. Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Serve as a point of contact to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time. Ensure that all projects are delivered on‐time, within scope and within budget. Technical Skills Proven working experience in technical project management, coordinating with internal and external clients to achieve milestones. Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum). Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Ability to delegate effectively. Time management skills. Friendly and approachable. Cost and risk management skills.QUALIFICATIONS

: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from a four‐year accredited college or university and five years' related project management experience in a relevant line of work with increasing responsibility; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) Certification and/or Business Value-Oriented Principles (BVOP) Certification is a plus.LANGUAGE SKILLS
: Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, computer data, and procedure manuals. Good written language skills are required, including the ability to write routine reports, procedures, and effective correspondence. The ability to speak effectively, and clearly so others can understand you, before individuals or groups.SOCIAL SKILLS
: Ability to continually interact with others as a contributing member of a close-knit team. Ability to work closely together with others, possibly of different backgrounds and interests, without friction. Works well with people. Able to maintain strict confidentiality.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

: Ability to comfortably use computer software in Windows environment. Intermediate to advanced understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) manufacturing software, excel spreadsheets, and other related office applications.GENERAL :
