If you've ever thought, "I love the creative energy behind events, and I know how to keep the details moving," keep reading. At Luna Design Studios, we design immersive experiences. From sculptural floral installations and detailed tablescapes to curated rentals and custom décor, our team brings ambitious ideas to life for clients across Southern California. We're looking for a Project Coordinator who's organized, polished, and comfortable taking ownership. Someone who understands events, communicates confidently, and can turn a design conversation into clear next steps. You'll work closely with our Creative Director, PC Manager, and production teams to keep projects accurate, clients informed, and every department prepared. You'll Thrive Here If You:
Have 2+ years of relevant wedding or event coordination experience, preferably within an event design, floral, rental, or production company Understand event flow, floral terminology, rental specifications, and production timelines Can manage multiple projects without losing track of the details Feel confident communicating with clients and following up with vendors Listen closely, take useful notes, and can explain the complete design to someone who wasn't in the meeting Take ownership of your work, welcome feedback, and follow through on corrections Have an eye for design and enjoy working alongside creative teams Are comfortable learning CRM, rental, floral, and project management software Bring a collaborative attitude and practical solutions when plans change Are available for in-person work and scheduled evening or weekend events
What You'll Get:
A full-time, in-person position in our Palm Desert studio Hands-on experience across floral design, rentals, custom fabrication, and event production Room to grow as your skills and project ownership develop A creative workplace that values clear communication, collaboration, and clean folders A team that works hard, laughs often, and cares about the finished experience
To Apply:
Send your résumé and a quick note about your event experience and what excites you about this role to . Tell us about a project you helped keep on track and what you personally owned.
