Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Experience with Earned Value Management System. Ability to perform financial analysis, forecasting, and baseline planning to support portfolio objectives. Experience with developing variance explanations and monitor schedule and cost performance, including the annual CEAC. Desired Skills Experience owning technical, schedule, and cost performance of assigned control accounts. Experinece with authorizing and validating all work assignments, documentation, and commitments tied to the Control Account.
