$130,000•$160,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is a role that will require you to oversee a range of public works construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of the project life cycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases. Oversee the procurement process and coordinate material and resources allocation. Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes. Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

Qualifications:

5-15 years of Public Works Construction experience. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar managerial role. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. Solid knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. A team player with leadership abilities. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
