full-time Assistant Project Manager | San Francisco, CA | $140,000 - $180,000 + Benefits Managing one project well is one thing. Overseeing a multifamily portfolio for one of the Bay Area's leading GCs is another. This role is built for the second type. Renewyx are working with an established SF Bay Area multifamily GC on a Program Manager hire, and are open to strong Assistant PMs ready to make the step up. You'd sit above the project level, working directly with executive leadership to drive programme delivery, support and direct PMs, and make sure the whole portfolio moves as one. ???????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????: You have full visibility across the portfolio, your PMs know who to go to when something needs a decision, and senior leadership trusts your read on where the programme stands. ???????????????? ????????????'???????? ????????????????????:
- PM or APM experience with a multifamily or commercial GC
- The ability to manage multiple projects and multiple project managers simultaneously
