Senior Project Manager | Multifamily Construction We are partnering with a well established Bay Area General Contractor in their search for a Senior Project Manager to lead ground up Multifamily construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, building strong client relationships, and is looking for a clear path toward Project Executive. What You'll Do- Lead ground up Multifamily projects from preconstruction through close out
- Take ownership of project schedules, budgets, quality and overall project execution
- Partner closely with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Assistant PMs
- Play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with repeat clients You Might Be a Great Fit if....
