Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate multi-channel marketing initiatives and keep complex campaign work moving from concept through launch. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can organize timelines, align cross-functional teams, and maintain visibility across deliverables, priorities, and performance goals. The role will work closely with marketing, sales, creative, and agency partners to support effective execution and measurable results.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planning and delivery of integrated marketing programs spanning digital and offline channels, ensuring each initiative stays on track from kickoff to release.
  • Own project schedules, scope management, milestone tracking, and team coordination so campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with creative, content, digital, product marketing, and sales stakeholders to establish goals, define messaging needs, and confirm success metrics.
  • Coordinate with external agency partners by managing briefs, review cycles, approvals, due dates, and ongoing status communication.
  • Oversee campaign configuration and monitoring in Salesforce, including lead tracking, audience segmentation, attribution support, and quality checks.
  • Analyze results across campaign channels and prepare dashboards, summaries, and post-launch reporting that identify outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through structured updates, team meetings, launch readiness checkpoints, and retrospective discussions.
  • Partner with sales and marketing operations teams to strengthen lead routing, audience targeting, segmentation strategy, and conversion workflows.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve campaign efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across teams.
