Job Description:

My client, a builder of infill apartment projects in urban San Diego is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Sr. Project Managers, the ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting all project direction including: planning, permitting, monitoring budgets, schedules and all site activity through COE. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. MUST have 3-4 years experience in a similar position with Multi-family/apartment construction (preferably in San Diego). Responsibilities Manage all project documentation Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines Assist with estimation and bidding process Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders Qualifications 3-4 years' of relevant experience Strong organizational skills Deep experience with 'Procore'
