Job Description
Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Seeking candidate with knowledge about every stage of the Construction process, from Scope Development to Project Closeout, and must have the ability to proficiently manage the following responsibilities: Set-up job folders, forms and files with details/project information in applications perform project updates including dates, phases, cost types, change orders, back charges, etc.
Coordinates with Project Manager and subcontractors to assure compliance with contract documents, conflict resolution, safety rules and quality requirements to maximize production and eliminate down time.
Coordinates and manages all necessary project documents from pre-construction phase to project closeout, including compiling backup to prepare contract, change orders, time & material, and other extra work billings.
Coordinates/supports field staff and project team to ensure that all necessary items are in place to track a successful project, including all verbal and written communication, budgets, daily logs and time sheets.
Prepares subcontracts and purchase order for approval.
Initiates and tracks documents through contracts, subcontracts, RFI's, submittals, proposed change orders, etc...
Receives and approves contractors/subcontractor/vendor invoices, reconciles and obtains required lien releases, and approves release of payments. Requirements Experience in Petroleum/C Store/Gas Station Construction or related work a plus.
High School diploma or GED, required.
Must have the ability to run multiple projects and tasks.
Possess strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
Candidates Additional Required Qualifications:
Strong verbal and writing skills (English language). Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
3 years minimum experience in construction and safety practices, including scheduling, contracts, budgets and related processes and information.
Computer experience and the ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
QuickBooks, Sage, and Procore a plus

We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers. Obtain daily work assignments from dispatcher, using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) such as MobileTech or ServiceMax. Drive company service vehicles to customer locations, frequently on a prescribed route. Prepare the workspace at the customer's location to ensure safe performance of inspection activities. Perform visual inspections of UST and/or AST system as prompted by PASS, Titan or equivalent survey software. Take photographs using equipment/components being inspected using CompanyCam Accurately capture and report inspection results in survey applications such as PASS or Titan or using customer-specific form. Satisfactorily maintain company vehicle, parts inventory and testing equipment. Support compliance testing personnel as helper and apprentice. Increase industry knowledge and obtain manufacturers certifications focused on testing Requirements Possess high school diploma or GED equivalent. Possess valid driver's license.
