Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architecture Project Manager position include: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. Experience with retail, restaurant, and commercial projects. Located in South Orange County and able to work onsite daily in Rancho Santa Margarita. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing projects through construction administration. Strong communication skills and direct client interaction experience. Ability to mentor, train, and guide job captains or project team members. Review, read, and mark up drawings; production work is expected to be minimal.
Salary:
$85K-$120K per year, commensurate with experience.
