This role is accountable for driving results through disciplined execution, proactive communication, and cross-functional leadership, while staying aligned with company Key Numbers and Core Values. The Project Manager exemplifies stewardship by delivering on time, within budget, and with excellence—ensuring a world-class client experience. Responsibilities 1. Lead and Own Project Delivery (From Contract to Completion) Act as the primary owner of the multifamily modular project lifecycle. Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes. Ensure strict alignment with company core values and strategic goals. 2. Weekly Client Communication Lead weekly Client Meetings using a clear agenda: Review progress vs. schedule Quantify delays and change orders Track outstanding client requests and commitments Drive a white-glove client experience. 3. Scheduling and Milestone Management Build and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with milestones and deliverables. Proactively identify and resolve delays; update the team Key Numbers weekly. Align resource planning with Site Supervisors, subs and key partners. 4. Subcontractor Procurement & Management Execute subcontractor buy-outs per budget and scope. Negotiate contracts with clear deliverables and enforce accountability. Monitor site performance and drive correction when off track. 5. Change Order and Financial Oversight Create all project-level change orders with clear pricing, scope, and schedule impact. Partner with Admin on draw schedules, invoicing, and P&L alignment. Review Key Numbers for quality, timeline and financial health weekly. 6. Preconstruction & Estimating Collaboration Work closely with Preconstruction during design and entitlement phases. Refine scope, budget, and value-engineering options. Craft RFIs to ensure design aligns with construction realities and cost targets. 7. Quality Control and Client Advocacy Champion the client's interests while enforcing company standards. Own final quality of site work and integration with USO Modules. Perform routine site walks and lead punch processes. 8. Warranty Execution Manage warranty handoffs and close-out packages. Oversee prompt, documented resolution of all warranty claims in partnership with Site Team. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$80,000 - $130,000 base + Performance-Based Bonuses targeted at $20-60k per annum
Schedule:
Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Travel:
