Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst for a contract opportunity in Redlands, CA within the energy and utilities industry. This role is ideal for a project coordination and data-focused professional who enjoys supporting project managers, maintaining accurate records, tracking project status, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The Project Analyst will play an important role in helping project teams stay organized, informed, and on track. - Support project management staff with tasks, deliverables, tracking activities, and documentation needed to drive project success.
- Enter, maintain, and validate project data in tracking systems, project management tools, and utility systems of record to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, customers, and operations personnel regarding project status, dependencies, documentation, and next steps.
- Process project-related documents such as easement requests, contracts, invoices, customer submittals, designs, and payment or contract confirmations.
- Generate project status, project health, and ad-hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders in support of business goals and initiatives.
- Attend project status calls, provide updates, follow up on action items, and help ensure timely completion of assigned project activities. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
