As we expand our footprint and capabilities, we are seeking a skilled and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of key operational and strategic initiatives. Position Summary The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the momentum, structure, and clarity of our project portfolio. This role is responsible for tracking all active projects, preparing ongoing progress updates, coordinating cross-functional schedules, and ensuring that operational plans are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and adept at navigating fast-paced environments where priorities may shift and collaboration is essential. Responsibilities Project Tracking & Reporting Monitor and maintain detailed tracking of all ongoing projects, ensuring visibility into progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project status updates to internal stakeholders and leadership. Summarize key insights, identify blockers, and highlight resource needs in a clear and structured manner. Planning, Scheduling & Coordination Build, optimize, and drive project schedules and detailed project plans across cross-functional teams and external partners. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-up across all project stakeholders. Maintain organized project documentation and ensure teams remain aligned with project timelines and deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration Support and lead components of complex, cross-functional projects spanning planning, implementation, and operational transitions. Work collaboratively across departments, assisting in resolving conflicts, anticipating resistance, and maintaining alignment on project objectives. Promote transparency and cohesion among stakeholders by keeping all parties informed and engaged. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management Execute core project management practices, including structured risk identification, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and milestone verification. Identify potential obstacles early and develop mitigation strategies to maintain schedule integrity and project continuity. Track critical deliverables and ensure that all teams remain accountable to commitments and deadlines. Strategic Initiative Support Connect the broader components of each initiative by thinking end-to-end and understanding the full project lifecycle. Leverage available resources, tools, and data to help streamline operations and enhance project value. Contribute to ongoing improvements in project management processes, tools, and operating mechanisms. Communication Communicate project requirements, status updates, risks, and timelines clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Prepare polished summaries, reports, and presentations that aid decision-making and maintain executive visibility. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or similar roles (Healthcare, diagnostics, or operations experience is a plus). Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable updates. Proven ability to work across teams, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Experience with project management tools or systems (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet) preferred.
