Job Description

Project Manager Job Description:
  • Manage Subcontract with Contractors regarding structural and misc. steel work (Division 5) and getting signed final agreement
  • Manage scope of work from start to finish
  • Handle Coordination between Contractor / Fabrication /Architects and Engineer
  • Handle scheduling and coordination between foreman and contractor
  • Manage Schedule of Values using MS Excel
  • Manage Purchasing Materials
  • Manage Equipment Rentals and Log usage
  • Manage Change Orders:
    Submittals and Signed Approvals
  • Handle Billing of Schedule of Values with the Office Manager Monthly
  • Must have 4 years working as a project manager in steel construction.

$100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
