Good Knowledge of project software (like MS Office, Bluebeam, and Emails) At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry work. Budgeting skills. Good Driving Record and Active CA Driving License Coachable and adaptable Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures. Follows and ensures compliance with all company safety program requirements. Promotes safety among peers, subordinates and supervisors, Performs additional assignments at the direction of the Division Manager

EDUCATION

A high school diploma or GED equivalent required. Construction Management Bachelor of Science certification preferred but not required. A 4-year engineering degree preferred but not required. Spectrum program, or equivalent, experience.

LICENSE:

Possess a valid class C California driver's license and a California Electrical Certification (Journeyman's License).

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar type construction environment required. Project Software (MS Projects, InEight, Spectrum, AutoCAD) Reading Construction Drawings. Making Piping Isometric Drawings Understanding Mechanical/Civil/Structural drawings.
