Project Coordinator

An electric utility client is looking for a Project Coordinator who will Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation

Westminster, CA 92683 (Onsite)

Position:

Project Coordinator Pay Rate:

$32.36/hr on W2

Duration:

18 months or longer

Schedule:

1st shift, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some traveling to other service centers; Fullerton, Saddleback, Whittier)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions; ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records; proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
