College Intern - Project Management Office

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented College Intern to support our Project Management Office (PMO) through the use of AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience supporting project managers, streamlining operational tasks, and contributing to a meaningful capstone project that drives efficiency and innovation. This position offers an hourly rate of $19 and is located at our Roseville corporate office. Responsibilities Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs, automation platforms) to draft project updates, meeting summaries, and status report Support project managers by automating routine PMO tasks (data cleanup, formatting, progress tracking) Participate in process improvement initiatives using AI/Robotics/Automation to recommend efficiencies and standardization Maintain PMO documentation, templates, and project records Complete a summer intern capstone project Qualifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a team environment Physical Requirements May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
