Project Analyst

INTERA Incorporated is seeking a full-time Project Analyst to join our growing Sacramento, California, office. The chosen candidate will work 40 hours per week supporting INTERA project management and business development staff. In this position, you will play a vital support role in the administrative management and execution of a variety of projects and business proposals. Our Sacramento team serves a diverse range of clients

• Groundwater Sustainability Agencies, municipalities, state agencies, water and electric utilities, attorneys, and private businesses.

Responsibilities Contracting Support

• Coordinate reviews and amendments to service agreements, work orders, and non-disclosure agreements Project Delivery
• Track and prepare regular reports on project budgets, deadlines, and progress Invoicing Support
• On a monthly basis, review draft invoices and prepare supporting material required in client service agreements Project Management Support
• Assist project management with task management and organization to track multiple large projects and assist with scheduling, budget review and team coordination Business Development
• Assist business development staff with research for and tracking of leads, proposals, and project backlog Desired Education and Skills Associates' or higher from an accredited university 3+ years of experience with project management, human resources, or other administrative functions of a public or private sector entity Ability to work independently with limited oversight Project or task management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Candidate may have the opportunity to work remotely but must be able to meet in INTERA's Sacramento office as needed up to 3 days per week Professional attitude with INTERA staff and clients

Compensation Range:

$25
